Veinivilla Rosé is our newest grape wine, which won a bronze medal at the Wine of the Year competition (2026)!
The Regent grapes were grown in Viljandi County under the watchful eye of grape grower Heino Säinas. Regent is a hybrid variety that overwinters well in our climate and withstands Nordic conditions. As a result, it typically produces a full-bodied, tannic red wine. For the rosé, the light and vibrant color comes from skin contact that lasted only about 5 hours.
All in all, this is a light and well-balanced rosé that needs no excuses—neither before nor after—for its Nordic growing environment; you simply pour a glass and enjoy. Just like a decent Provence rosé, for example.
