Regent wine

Valgejõe Veinivilla red wine made from the Regent grape variety.
Typical for a grape that overwinters well in a northern climate, the wine has high acidity, a rather light body, and in character it most closely resembles the well-known Pinot Noir from Central Europe. The grapes were grown by Heino Säinas in a covered vineyard in Southern Estonia. The wine was aged for three months in a Hungarian oak barrel that had previously held our Valgejõe Konn grape brandy – produced by Valgejõe Veinivilla.

Recommended with red meat dishes or beet-based vegan meals.
