A red wine from the vineyard, made from a variety called Regent. Typical of a grape that overwinters well in northern European climates, the wine is high in acidity, rather thin in body and perhaps most similar in character to a Central European Pinot Noir. The grapes have been grown in the vineyard of the grower Heino Säinas in Southern Estonia and the wine has been aged for three months in Hungarian oak barrels, where our grape variety Valgejõe Konn – Valgejõe Veinivilla was previously aged.
We recommend as a side dish to red meat dishes or beet-based vegan dishes.
