Fresh wine is characterised by above average acidity and berry tannins. Valgejõe Red is in a class of light red wines in style, perhaps imitating some Old World Pinot Noir in body. There is plenty of acidity and a touch of tannin. As it develops, this wine becomes even more juicy. The wine is pasteurised and filtered. Contains sulphites.
