The mineral and palate-cleansing high acidity wine differs from others on the market in that the raw material is pure and mineral rhubarb juice – almost no water is added. The bubbles are bottled by injection. The wine is filtered. It is suitable as an aperitif, affecting the tongue with its rhubarbiness, but has also been used as a digestive palate cleanser. For people with a high acid tolerance, a domestic substitute for prosecco.
