A fairly ordinary Apple Wine that has been on the shelf for a couple of years has acquired fullness and vigour through oak ageing. Instead of vats, local medium-roasted oak blunts have been used, which give the flavour of robust vanilla notes. A medium-bodied white wine, good with creamy pasta dishes.
