Tiina’s fourth book has been published. This time, it is a handbook for winemakers that introduces the characteristics of Estonia’s local hybrid grape varieties and their suitability for winemaking.
The book is already available in bookstores, but the launch will take place on November 14 at Kultuurikatel, where the Festival Maitsev Eesti is being held.
