\ud83d\udc1dIn this three-session workshop, we\u2019ll go through the entire process together\u2014from start to finish\u2014from fermentation to bottling.<\/p>
\ud83d\udc1dDuring the workshop, five different types of mead will be made (doux, sec, brut, with berries, and with fruit). Each participant will take home one 0.75-liter bottle of each variety. <\/p>
\ud83d\udc49The first training day is November 7, 2026; the next sessions will be in January and February\/March of the new year.<\/p>
